Reflecting family values, the Marquis de Bern has been producing authentic, tasty and balanced wines for several decades. The perfect blend of the different grape varieties reveals, vintage after vintage, the taste that is so emblematic of Marquis de Bern wines.
Bordeaux Blanc Sec comes from the north-facing hillsides best suited to the production of fresh, aromatic wines, and is enhanced by ageing on fine lees, 20% of which is in oak barrels.
On the nose, a delicate blend of white flowers and citrus fruit, followed by a hint of lemongrass and exotic fruit with light toasty notes.
Bright, pale golden colour.
The attack is suave and fresh, with white flowers standing out very well. The mid-palate is full-bodied with citrus fruits, and the finish is characterised by notes of tea and apricot.
